NEW SHOP has been located. Its not too far from my original location back in the city of Muncie. We have started moving cars but its painfully obvious even with the new equipment that it will be a tough job and take longer than I had hoped.
Many cars no longer have suspensions let alone tires that will hold air. Many that do have tires no longer roll due to brake drums locked up.
The new location needs lots of work. Especially to get ready for winter! But for now it was the best choice for me. Hope to have all my cars in one location for the first time ever. That will be nice. The shop is 180x50 but is very old and has no utilities. There are some good things too like lots of room and no one being able to see my business. Plus the area is secure as you have to go thru 2 gates and lots of eyes to get to my area.
Hope to have a customer appreciation day at the end of summer or early fall. Details TBA.
The new semi is working out great. So is the forklift. I also just bought a 2 car trailer to pull behind the semi. This will allow me to haul 5 huge Pontiacs at once with no problems. That's a lot of iron. I have located many cars in the past 6 months I've been off the road and look forward to restocking my inventory. Once all the cars are moved and things calm down a bit I plan on dragging in more cars than every before. 5 at a time. I'm going to go nuts with no limits....
